Why do I need an account and ID verification to rent?
Every rental is a loan of equipment worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, delivered to your door. Checkout is available only to registered customers whose identity has been verified by our identity verification partner. It keeps tools out of the wrong hands and lets us offer free delivery without a store counter.
You verify once. Future rentals use the same account.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Florida. Parcel-eligible tools ship free by ground carrier with a prepaid return label. In Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Jensen Beach and nearby communities, our truck delivers free the same day on orders confirmed by 12:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. See the full delivery area.
When does my rental period start and end?
For truck deliveries, the rental period starts when we drop the tool off. For shipped orders, it starts at 12:00 AM the day after the carrier marks your package delivered, so you are never charged for the day it arrives. A 1 day rental is 24 hours; 3 days, 1 week and 4 weeks run for that many consecutive days.
How do returns work for shipped tools?
Pack the tool and its accessories back in the case and box it arrived in, attach the prepaid return label from the box, and hand it to the carrier by the end of the next business day after your rental period ends. Transit time back to us is free.
What if a tool stops working?
Stop using it and call us at (813) 219-7246. If the problem is not caused by misuse, we will replace the tool or credit the unused rental time. Near Fort Pierce we can usually swap it the same day.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. Each tool has a refundable deposit shown on its page. It is a temporary authorization on your card, not a charge. We release it after the tool is returned and inspected, usually within 3 business days.
Can I extend or cancel a rental?
Call or email us before your rental ends to extend at the current rates. You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships or before the truck leaves for delivery. Read the cancellation policy.
Do I need to be a contractor?
No. Homeowners and businesses both rent from us. You must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID and a Florida delivery address.
