Same-day truck delivery

Confirm by 12:00 PM
Monday to Saturday, with your identity verified. Later orders go out the next delivery day.
Afternoon drop-off
We text a delivery window. An adult 18 or older must be present to sign and show ID.
Rental clock starts at drop-off
A 1 day rental runs 24 hours from delivery.
Free pickup
Leave the equipment accessible at ground level at the scheduled pickup time.

Ships same business day
On orders confirmed by 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
Arrives in a protective case
A signature may be required. The prepaid return label is inside the box.
Arrival day is free
Your rental starts at 12:00 AM the day after the carrier marks it delivered.
Drop it off with the carrier
By the end of the next business day after your rental ends. Return transit is never billed.

Clean off dirt, concrete, mud and debris. Excess cleaning is billed under our fee schedule.
Put the tool and every accessory, battery and charger back in its case.
Pack the case in the original box with the original padding and seal it with packing tape.
Cover or remove the old label and attach the prepaid return label from the box.
Hand it to the carrier or drop it at a carrier location by the end of the next business day after your rental ends. Keep the receipt.

These tools are too heavy, too long or fuel-powered for parcel carriers. They are available inside the truck delivery area.

We deliver to Florida addresses only, and equipment must stay in Florida.
Severe weather, carrier delays and declared emergencies can change delivery dates. We will contact you with options.
Truck deliveries go to ground level: driveway, garage, curb or job site. Our drivers do not carry equipment up stairs.
If nobody is available for a scheduled truck delivery twice, a $45 redelivery fee applies.
